Dear Westerville Public Library User,

Thanks to your support, over 35,000 emails have been sent to our legislators.

However, Westerville Library supporters are still encouraged to PHONE or EMAIL state legislators and the Governor's office ASAP to let them know what the library means to you.

On Friday, June 19, the Governor proposed a cut in the Public Library Fund of $227.3 million in fiscal years 2010 and 2011 as part of his plan to fill the $3.2 billion gap in the state budget that must be filled by June 30. This will mean a more than 50% cut in funding for many of Ohio’s public libraries.
